The International Short Film Festival Oberhausen acquires or rents films/videos shown at its festival for the archive of the City of Oberhausen which it also manages. The Festival has obtained rights for public screening of these titles. All public announcements of any form and in any format in connection with the public screening of these films/videos must be made under the title “From the Archive of the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen”.

RENTAL FEE PER PUBLIC SCREENING distribution-list film (2006–2010):
per title up to 20 min. Euro 40;
per title exceeding 20 min. Euro 60
programme up to 80 min. Euro 180;
programme up to 100 min. Euro 200
Archive film (up to 2005) will be charged an extra 50%.

The detailed conditions will be given to the borrower with the contract or upon request.

OBERHAUSEN ON TOUR 2011
The participation requires the booking of two programmes from January to June 2011. The booking needs to be done until 31 December 2010. The  borrower profits by special advertising material and low priced rental fees.
