Views of a city. Oberhausen, hometown of the International Short Film Festival, shows itself from the very personal point of view of international guests to this festival. Frequently produced as ‘by products’ during one or more visits to Oberhausen, the presented works are not necessarily meant for a public audience. Instead they are personal, even intimate comments, telling their own ‘city history’, and thus offer revealing as well as amusing perspectives on a city and its festival.
