Menzi grew up playing the drum for certain ceremonies for his father. To reflect this heritage and to honour the birth location of Gqom cultural production house, KAMVA COLLECTIVE wanted to represent the rich Zulu tradition of the Sangoma. The dancers are all wearing masks designed by Bluepriest Ritual Attire and Ketumeso.
