In January 2020, Los Otros ran a four-day workshop with local participants in Manila. The workshop was open to the public, but most places were taken by our usual suspects of film folk. Richard and Dianna from nanolab in Australia were in town to help with the workshop. The participants got to shoot ORWO 54 in our Bolexes and Beaulieu R16 and then mix chemistry, develop, make work prints using a projector, process again, edit, then cut the original negatives and make final prints. We divided into three groups – hence 1, 2, 3. Nearby Mount Taal decided to erupt again to keep us all on edge. We took this eruption as our theme!
