About the filmmaker:
Almantas Petkunas is debuting Lithuanian film maker based in London. Shortly after receiving his BA in history, Almantas began working as a high fashion model. Being surrounded by the industry’s top photographers, he decided to pursue his own passions of photography and audio-visual arts. In 2016 he received his MA with a distinction in Film and Television Production from Cambridge School of Art and his short experimental film Alter Ego was selected to represent his university at an annual Nahemi Student Film festival. Almantas’ film “Outsiders” was nominated Silver Eye Award 2020 for best short documentary given by Institute of Documentary Film.
