After Ms. Schröder yells at the pupil Benny during a school excursion, she doesn’t go to class any more. When a rumour about a runaway bear reaches her, she investigates the matter. Between a rendezvous with Martin and a white poodle, Ms. Schröder goes about the city. Before she knows it, she is playing a cat-and-mouse game with the stray bear.
