72nd International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, 28 April – 3 May 2026

The candidates for the 28th MuVi Award for the best German music video

This year, eleven music videos were selected from over 200 submissions as nominees for the MuVi Award, including clips set to music by Peaches, the Pet Shop Boys, Egoexpress and Donna Regina. The MuVi Award, which comes with prize money totalling 3,500 euros, will be awarded on Saturday 2 May 2026 as part of the 72nd International Short Film Festival Oberhausen. From 2 April, all nominated videos will be available for public voting on www.muvipreis.de and on the websites of the MuVi partners.
