About the filmmaker:
Ivana directed a short student documentary Dead Capital in 2016 which was awarded at Artur
Festival Tvorby Bratislava in 2016 and was shown on the following festivals: Student Cuts
Zagreb 2016, EuroIn festival 2016, Tuzla film fest 2016, Gornji Milanovac Short Form, Naos film festival 2018, Microfaf 2018 (awarded special mention), Motovun film festival. During 2017 she was working on a popular comedy tv series Dnevnjak. Since 2019 she is working on a feature documentary called Carlito or How I became a Dog Abuser.
In 2021 she was a part of the Jihlava Academy and shot a few short films during this workshop.
